Jan Baker-Cox has been the Pilates Trainer at our Northridge location since July, 2009. Jennifer Hookham joined as a second pilates trainer at this same location in February, 2012.
Pilates will strengthen, tone & shape muscles. We focus on alignment, balance & the core. It helps with back pain & can work every muscle.

Schedule an Introductory 1 hour Private Session
Jan teaches group classes on the reformer (60 min) every Tuesday evening at 7:00 & 8:00 + Friday mornings at 9:45. She is available for privates (30 or 60 min) on Wednesday evenings or mornings & early afternoons on Friday’s & Saturdays.
